I recently moved from Public Storage after my rent for a 5x8 unit increased from $153 to $193 per month. It turned out to be a good opportunity to scale down, and I’m very glad I found this Extra Space Storage location on Venice Blvd. I chose a 4x4 unit, and the facility immediately felt cooler, better ventilated, cleaner, and better maintained than my previous storage space. During this summer’s heat wave, I had become concerned about the heat and humidity affecting my photographs, framed artwork, books, and other media. Daniel, the property manager, was polite, professional, quick, and clear. He made setting up my account easy and helped me choose the unit that best fits my needs. The location is about a mile farther from my home, but I actually like it better—right across from Erewhon and next to Rivian, with a pleasant overall feel. Very happy with the move and especially appreciative of Daniel’s excellent service.
