The price they give you in the beginning is subject to change every four to six months. This was the explanation I was given by their customer service reprasentative over the phone when I inquired about why I was paying $100 more per month. I rented a unit from them at $207/month and four months later they increased my price to $307/month. This is in the lease agreement but I find this to be a dishonest business practice that everyone should know about prior to renting a unit here. The prices they advertise will not stay because you are only on a month to month lease and prices are subject to change according to the lease agreement. Don't get bamboozled!
