I genuinely love this extra space storage location because of how great Jennifer is in regards to following up with things, helping out, and just overall customer service. My only issue is the pay raise on the storage fee. In the past, back in April or May of 2024, my pay rate was raised by 20$. And was told it was sent in the mail even though it was never received . (Jennifer was still helpful when I came to her about my concern when I noticed it) Just to get another 20$, which was added on starting February. So sadly, within the next month or so, I'll no longer be able to keep due to how expensive it's gotten for me. Maybe in the future, when I'm financially stable, I'll be coming back. Aside from the one issue, it seems like they're starting to make changed to insure costumers are notified about the fee changes. So I hope it stays inforced.

Wow!!!! Jennifer was awesome... Very pleasant and helpful with my issue. I can't express enough how great it was to deal with such a professional and courteous person, especially since I called just minutes from closing on Saturday. She NEVER made me feel as if I was an inconvenience nor did she rush me through my issue. She took the time to listen and then suggest a course of action to resolve my issue and answered all my questions. THANK YOU Jennifer! As a side note: the grounds there are always clean and secured. Aside from Jennifer and staff there, it is one of the main reasons I do recommend this facility to my friends and plan to use your services from here on....

Jennifer was very helpful and friendly! As it was my first time renting a storage unit, I was a bit nervous at first. However, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She kindly showed me around, led me to my unit, and ensured that I was satisfied with the size I chose. The place is very clean and feels very safe.

The people who work here are the best. They go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. The only negative is their lack of communication when it came to raising the price of the storage space to $123 from $66 without notice although they claimed to have sent a notice in the mail but it was never received. I’m assuming this was the fault of corporate not the people who work in the local offices but that was the reason for my leaving the storage space. In my opinion the company should also send an alert via email or text message. We had three months at the storage space before the price was raised. Hope this helps.

We had a great experience today at Extra space. I walked in just to check pricing and we were greeted by Jennifer Country- Washington. She was great! Helpful and got us a storage place in minutes!!! I will definitely recommend to family.
