Would not use! Definitely if your military! There auto pay doesn’t work more then half the time at this point. There staff is outstandly rude and Nellis will be told about the auto pay issues because if I’m having problems who knows how many other military family’s are… never dealt with a worse storage unit in my life! There problem with the autopay

Had a Great experience at Extra Space Storage Signing up. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. I especially appreciate how attentive the staff was to maintenance concerns, addressing issues promptly as soon as they were discovered. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to keeping the property in excellent condition really stood out.
