Reasonable prices and very friendly people. Update: Not very reasonable pricing when compared to what we initially rented for. After several months our 10 x 10 rental doubled in price. This is a shame because when I was And the process of renting the storage unit I talked to someone on the phone And she said it had been a very very long time since they had raised the rent at this location. Now it is unaffordable for us and are going to have to find somewhere else to move our stuff to.

I'm getting so sick of these companies screwing over consumers. After a short promotion period for storing my camper van, my monthly charge went from $93 a month to $164! Nearly double. They lost me as a customer, so in order to make an extra $60 a month, they lost $100, just for being greedy. A warning to anyone considering dealing with Extra Space Storage, be prepared for large monthly increases.
