I cannot say enough good things about Jared at Extra Space Storage on Dublin. His customer service has been genuinely above and beyond during an incredibly stressful situation for me. The facility unexpectedly closed for maintenance with less than a day's notice — on the exact day I schedule movers. Instead of brushing it off or giving generic answers, Jared has been doing everything he possibly can to help figure out solutions and accommodations, even when it creates extra inconvenience for him personally. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only professional and responsive, but also truly compassionate and willing to problem-solve. He has been patient, communicative, understanding, and proactive every step of the way. Moving is stressful enough already, and having someone like Jared in your corner makes a huge difference. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him and so are all of us. If I hadn't been working with Jared directly, I would have switched to another storage place. Give this man a raise and a promotion and then another raise.

This specific Extra Space Storage is excellent! We stored our households goods for 2 deployment periods and both times were a great experience. The storage unit is clean and everything is so easy with the mobil app! Jared! He had to cut 2 locks because we forgot our keys. He waited for us as it was close to closing time and he was so efficient and straightforward about our account. Thank you Jared!
