There’s not an option to give a billion stars? Well, there needs to be! Samantha was absolutely outstanding! She went above and beyond! As a retired retail executive, I’m a very tough critic. That said, I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The circumstances creating my need to store my belongings has been stressful to say the least. Coordinating long distance. A short, limited window of time. Logistical challenges. These things can be overwhelming. Samantha understood all of this and literally made me feel like she had my back! Communication, understanding contingencies, flexibility and availability all put my mind at ease!
