I have nothing but good things to say about Extra Space Storage as a whole. Recently, Rachell went out of her way to find a discount for me without me even asking! During this time it is such a relief to know that even storage unit staff has my back. Also, the upgrades to the office and units are phenomenal in comparison to other places. I feel like my things are safer.

Very awesome customer service from one of your employees yesterday at your Thornton facility... It a great place to park your motorhome, i had the parking at the end of the building where it protected by the camera. I felt that my motorhome is safe the whole time. That’s my great experience without having to worry about anything happens to it. I give it 5 star for my motorhome being protected.

Brian and David were super helpful in answering all of my questions! Brian even went as far to mention that he has two storage units down the same isle which will be great, since we will need two storage units for our office furniture. Pricing was the best so far! I would highly recommend Extra Space for your storage needs, customer service was exceptional!

Brian is great to deal with. He always returns calls and answers questions. The storage is clean and well lit at night. Never had any problems with getting in the gate like we did at two other places. Would highly recommend.
