Facility was clean and secure. The local management team was helpful throughout the time we had the unit. I would rent another unit there again if I needed the space.

The checkout process was so great. All I had to do was tell the staff member we were checking out and he took care of closing our account right away. The instructions were clear and the move out process was smooth.

I have used this storage unit for 20 years......and as of today....I have no complaints and many compliments! The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. And, most importantly the facility is secure and clean. I felt my belongings were safe and cared for. I would give this facility FIVE STARS!!!

The Manager of the store at Colfax and Kipling took time during her lunch hour to correct my online application and to get me all set up. She escorted me to my storage unit with missing a beat. Very reasonably priced too
