Been with extra space for over a year and couldn't be happier. The facility is clean and up kept. The facility I go to on County Line is under new management, which is great. Jessica was super helpful in extending my lease even further. She was extremely courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend extra space storage.

So far so good. Cynthia made signing up pleasant and easy. Inside unit clean, well li, and accessible. Gate operation always been easy, not usually crowded. No conplaints except my cost has about doubled since I started renting about 4 years ago - but all the storage places have seen increases.

I am very happy with customer service recently and always received at this facility. The new gal helped me to save money when I desperately needed the help by offering the option of temporaryly changing the size of my unit, and moving back up to larger unit at a later time. She is a ROCK STAR! I do have to shout out Brandon as he is always very nice and helpful also. ?? I would highly recommend using this storage for your stuff.

The storage unit I rented I realized after I saw it was going to be too small. The staff rook great care of me and transferred me to a larger unit. I gad trouble with my access code and the same guy fixed ut for me. He was very helpful and professional.
