The people who work at Extra Space Storage are very polite and accommodating and they keep the facility quite clean. The size of the storage units varies depending on your needs. I feel that the storage unit that I rent is reasonably priced based on some of the alternatives in my area. If you need a storage unit, I would strongly recommend Extra Space Storage on Olympic Blvd. in the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area.

Lisa & the staff at Extra Storage are extraordinary. I've had my stuff in storage for over 20 years. I'm disabled in horrific pain & struggle to pay bills each month. Lisa & management reduced my monthly rate. In addition Lisa also takes the time to find out how life is going. I can't stress enough the priceless gift of caring about people. Being in hellish pain 24/7 makes it extremely difficult to stay positive. Lisa always cheers me up & gets me to laugh. I regretfully can't remember the names of the other wonderful staff there. God bless you all for caring about my well-being & helping me make it through these difficult times
