I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage! From the moment I arrived, Shirley was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made the entire process so easy and pleasant, and you can tell she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Having someone so friendly and helpful makes such a difference! The facility itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very nice. I also really appreciate how convenient they make moving and storing your belongings. You can pull right up to the garage area to unload, and they have carts readily available to help transport everything to your storage unit. That was incredibly helpful and made unloading so much easier! Another big plus is the location. It’s in a very nice area of town, and I feel safe and comfortable coming here. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-run storage facility. And a special thank you to Shirley for being so welcoming and making my experience such a positive one! She is truly an asset to the company. ??

Thank you, Theresa, for sharing your experience and for recommending Extra Space Storage! We're glad to hear our clean facility and convenient loading amenities made your move easier. We will share your kind words with Shirley and the team. We appreciate your support!

Great people working here. Very attentive- today I was doing something to my car outside and left my lock off my locker- Shirley got in touch with me to be sure my locker was ok and that I knew my locker was open. I appreciate the attention to detail and security.

Thank you for recognizing Shirley and our team’s attentiveness. We’re thrilled our focus on security and attention to detail made a difference, Don.

Amazing facility and amazing management!!! I had numerous questions when I rented, and the manager made sure to answer everything thoroughly. He gave me a tour of the facility quickly and showed me where the pertinent things were such as the loading dock, the restrooms, the elevator and most importantly my storage unit. He was polite and friendly the entire time. I wish I would’ve found this place sooner.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Extra Space Storage, Heather! We are glad to hear that our manager was polite, helpful, and took the time to answer all your questions while showing you around the facility.
