????? This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility! ??? About a year ago, I needed a storage unit for work and worked with an Extra Space Storage employee who was covering multiple locations at the time (Arnold must have been on vacation ??). She was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. I wish I still remembered her name so I could recognize her here too! More recently, my apartment flooded ????, and I needed a climate-controlled unit for personal belongings. Since I already had a work unit at this location, I was familiar with Arnold from seeing him around almost daily. From start to finish, he made the process easy and stress-free. He was patient while I weighed my options, answered all my questions, and helped me find the unit that best fit my needs. ??? It’s easy to see why Arnold has so many positive reviews. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his customer service is outstanding. ?? This facility has undergone a few changes within the past year. However, the new Manager Arnold has really taken his time to connect with his customers and make them feel comfortable, confident and secure with their personal care and needs. He has made huge strides in providing a nice, clean environment and I highly recommend here at Life Storage
