I’ve been a customer for the past four years and as most storage units do the prices do go up as the market demands. However, recently, we saw a 16% price increase without any notice and so contacted the office manager, and she worked diligently with the regional manager and brought us back to What we have been paying for our monthly rent. The team seems to care about our needs, and I think it matters when you have loyalty.

I Have been using Extra Space Storage for over a year now. This is my second location and they have always done their best to take care of me and my needs! Things do get dusty but I make sure to put things I don’t want dirty up and covered! Thanks for allowing me to use your storage!

Long story short, our auto payment was tied to a credit card that had expired. Concerned that a payment mIght be declined, we stopped in the office to update our payment information and the youthful person working in the office, after checking our payment history, offered us a LOWER monthly payment as part of a corporate "let's treat our long-term customers right" program. That's exceptional customer service!
