Place is decent, staff is nice. Though they have a poor team of workers attempting to fix the climate control. Really milking the job and doing nothing but talking and sitting most of the time. Meanwhile being charged for an element that doesn't even work. They have bathrooms, but they are locked as well.

Was once a five star business now degenerated to a no star business. Exorbitant hikes in fees without notice and now impossible to contact by phone or chat. Store somewhere else.

Extremely rude attendant at the front office. Never going back again

Would be 0 stars if i could i rented her before but it was terrible mice food on ground dirty office manger never there and absolute overwhelming smell of marijuana but after talking real representative, he assured me things were taken care of when I first got there my code would not work to get to the gate so I knocked on the front door and no one in the office. Read it about 45 minutes in my car, still no one in the office. I finally called corporate and they were able to work things out it took me about two hours to get my belongings in the unit and I realized they never supplied me with a lock that I paid for, so I went to the office and once again another sign of the door manager on the property in a phone number to call call the phone number five times no one came in the office called corporate again and finally the manager came out of the side door Which I then found out was an apartment I asked her nicely. Where has she been for over two hours when hustlers needed assistance? She said rudely to me I get multiple breaks today and on my break I can do whatever I want. She had an overwhelming smell of marijuana on her that lingered from the door she came out of and then when I went into the office to finally get my Locke, which she did not believe that I paid for the office smells so bad of marijuana. I could not stay in there for more than a minute. I will use this unit for one month and then leave because of the manager being absolutely horrible rude disrespectful Bad attitude attitude, and definitely not interested in helping customer members at all also the fact that someone is smoking marijuana on the job or staying in an apartment all day I believe corporate should notice and do something about this The manager refused to give me her name till I finally was able to get a business card with the name kai like I said, I will use it for a month and get the heck out of there. I really hope that some manager will go there and clean this place up because this manager is not doing anything except hiding on the job and smoking marijuana if you're already a customer here I suggest you run away from this place as possible. This is my only option and why I use them. but after seeing the manager hiding inher apartment for multiple hours and absolutely risking a marijuana I said this to everyone find a different place like I will be doing again. I hope corporate can read this and do something because the last time I posted a review all they did was give me the office phone number which would do nothing for me because I'm complaining about the manager smoking and hide. CORPORATE ACTUALLY LOOK INTO THIS WHY ARE YOU LETTING YOUR EMPLOYEES HIDE IN THE APARTMENTS AND SMOKE MARIJUANA ON THE CLOCK?
