Tina and Matt were both excellent in helping us get a storage area. We first met with Tina who showed us what she had available which was a 10x15. We were looking for a 10x10 though. At this point Tina got in touch with Matt to see what he had available. He had a 10x10 and Tina directed us to Matt. Tina told us if we wanted the 10x15 just come back and she would help us. We met with Matt and he showed us a 2 door 10x10 but we really wanted a single door one. He found us one and we took it. Matt did an outstanding job of explaining the rental, where to park the truck when unloading and how to open the gate. Matt stayed extra to make sure we didn’t have any issues opening the gate and getting to the rented space. He was very professional.

I have rented storage space twice here in the recent past. Each time the staff has been excellent and always helpful, courteous and kind. The apace is clean and I feel safe. There’s typically a rolling cart in each hall for moving large items. Billing was easy to work with and never a problem. If you need storage space in the area, it doesn’t get more dependable or easier than this! I do recommend climate controlled if you can afford doing so and have items that could be affected by moisture long term.

I planned on researching a few storage facilities but decided quickly on Life Storage as soon as I walked inside. I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who was knowledgeable & helpful. He explained everything about how the storage works & took the time to show me the unit I would be renting. Excellent customer service & a great price!!! I would highly recommend Matt & Life Storage!!!
