Staff was excellent and I’d give them 5 stars. However there were no environmentally controlled spaces available when I rented 2.5 years ago. Upon emptying my unit today we found the floor was wet, my boxes were damp and there was mold on many things. I had not expected to need to use the unit this long. I highly recommend an environmentally controlled unit for long term storage.

Nothing but great things to say! Went in and was able to check out the open units for size , asked as many questions as I had, was shown how to access everything needed (gate, elevator, carts etc) and the worker was very polite and personable making the process easy and simple!
