Great storage facility that is always happy to help with literally any questions. Lost my key to my lock and though you need to give a 24-48 hour notice to have it cut they took a few minutes to get it done for me. Jaiden and the other employee working with him on 3/22/25 at 10:30am were incredibly helpful, friendly, and worth coming back to use this storage facility in the future. After nearly 2 1/2 years of storage with both facilities in Glastonbury CT I can't complain one bit.
