I recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Milford Connecticut, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was in the middle of planning a move and needed a storage solution quickly, but what stood out most was the exceptional customer service I received from the manager. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. What made the experience even more remarkable was that I had just come from another storage facility where the customer service was disappointing. The representative there seemed unwilling to show me available units, and the pricing was much higher than expected. After that experience, walking into Extra Space Storage was a breath of fresh air. The manager took the time to show me several different units so I could compare my options and choose the one that best fit my needs and budget. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution rather than simply making a sale. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Moving is never easy, but having such outstanding customer service made a big difference. This was me and my girlfriend’s first experience in searching for a storage unit. James was very personable and very helpful. He answered every question we had (even though we asked the same question multiple times), he showed us different units and helped us pick out the best one for us. He walked us through every step of the paperwork and the pricing and helped me set up the app on my phone and made sure everything worked properly. We are very happy with the service he gave us and have told everyone how great he was. 10/10 would recommend going through James if you’re looking to get a storage unit.
