This was me and my girlfriend’s first experience in searching for a storage unit. James was very personable and very helpful. He answered every question we had (even though we asked the same question multiple times), he showed us different units and helped us pick out the best one for us. He walked us through every step of the paperwork and the pricing and helped me set up the app on my phone and made sure everything worked properly. We are very happy with the service he gave us and have told everyone how great he was. 10/10 would recommend going through James if you’re looking to get a storage unit.
