Coming in from out of town, and needing to transfer to a new unit, Mikaela made the whole experience incredibly smooth and easy. Thank you for getting me up and running so quickly, and for being so knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the process. Feeling at ease during an otherwise stressful transition was something I didn’t expect, but I’m beyond grateful!!

Been renting a space from Extra Space Storage at 1525 Boston Post Rd. for a few years, and I’ve been very happy with my experience. Altogether, it's convenient, easily accessible, and reasonably priced. Employees and managers come and go, but at the time of this writing (reflecting back on my most recent move-in and the prior one a year ago), I'd like to give a special shout out to Jennifer, Erika, and Mikaela for all their help. All three employees are great: Helpful, kind, easy to work with, and clear when explaining anything I had questions about.
