Despite the excellent facilities, my 2-star rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the administration. Initially, I rented a 5x10 unit, which soon proved insufficient, prompting me to upgrade to a 10x10 unit at an additional monthly cost. However, after only two payments at the higher rate, I was notified of a further $90.00 monthly increase on top of the already elevated fee. Having already accepted an increased monthly charge, it is unacceptable that they chose to raise it again just two months later. I believe such a situation should never have occurred.
