The Extra Space Storage SW site manager, CarrieAnn, is awesome! She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and finds every way to best accommodate the customer! The directions to access the unit were fine and the unit is as expected. I would definitely go back for future storage needs based on all of my interactions with CarrieAnn and the reasonable rates, flexibility, and location options.
