Love this place. New, clean, safe and well-run. Friendly and helpful staff in person and over the phone. Convenient location that is close to Trinity College--so it's great for summer storage. Reasonable and competitive prices. One thing I'd like to see change: the 10:00 PM access cutoff; even one more hour would be very helpful for out of towners trying to get everything into and out of storage for their Trinity students. Also, if they were to add a restroom for customers, I might want to live there (which is probably why they don't have one), but that sure would be nice to have.
