This is my first experience using a storage facility. So far it's been very positive. The building is new, modern and clean. The entrance procedure is clearly explained and the signage in and around the building is very good. There are ample hand carts, the corridors are well lit and the property feels secure. Loading and unloading is all under cover if your unit is inside. The staff was very helpful and the rental process was simple.

Having stopped several diffenebt times to use my new unit; the facility is kept clean [Important]. Chantal, who asisted me in getting my unit set up, was very helpful and the facility Manager, Supreme Maxwell, was pleasant and assisted in addressing my questions.
