This was my first time ever renting my own storage unit. The process to sign up was simple and offered fully online. There were plenty of dollys available for me to roll my items to my unit. The unit was completely clean when I arrived, and the process was totally contactless. The lock was inside the unit ready to go for me when I arrived as well. The lock package was already cut, which I thought was a very nice touch as I would’ve otherwise been unable to open it up. Overall, I highly recommend.
