Today I came in to ask about renting a storage unit. The woman working in the office was very unpleasant. I asked if there was any discount for paying six months in advance, and instead of explaining it or showing me the pricing, she made me use my own phone to calculate the total for six months. She never showed me any price sheet or written information. She had a very unfriendly attitude and looked like she didn’t want to be at work. There was no one else in the office, yet she still provided very poor customer service. She also refused to show me the unit dimensions or give me any information about the storage units. The service was terrible. I ended up calling your customer service line, where a representative named Patricia was extremely kind and helpful. I completed the rental online with her assistance. I honestly feel that the person working in that office is not suitable for a customer service position. If she doesn’t want to help customers, she shouldn’t be the one representing your company.
