Renae was very informative and clear on explaining how things work at Extra Storage Space. She offered viewing the space before purchase, even mentioned specials I didn't even know they had. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and pleasant. I definitely recommend this location. It's clean, plenty of carts to help transport your things, a parking area near the elevator makes everything even more convenient to move. So I really had a delightful experience. Thank you again Renae for all your help.

I had a great customer service experience today with Lakita. She was very kind and patient in understanding my questions and concerns, and was very efficient in resolving the issue. I'm not giving 5 stars only because I don't agree with the COMPANY's policy of not allowing email correspondence. As a storage facility company, you should understand that people are often not living at the same address they listed when they first signed up for your services. In order to provide full transparency on how customers are being charged, I recommend you modernize to allow customers to opt for email correspondence instead of physical paper mail. Anyway, thanks again, Lakita!
