Great experience! Clean building and units, great staff and super easy process to get unit, make payments and move out was a breeze! Nich and Tay were fantastic! Very helpful and courteous! 10 out of 10 will recommend!

This facility is literally the best. I have had three storage units with three different companies… And as far as the staff working with you and understanding what you need and being there to answer questions… This facility is absolutely hands-down, the best. Make sure you sign up for a business account if you have a business! And Nick, assistant manager, is absolutely fantastic.

Extra Space Storage on Mount Olivet Rd NE in WDC has now the most friendly, professional, personable and approachable site manager and assistant manager. Tay and Nikh are an important asset to this location. The have the most remarkable personalities and very reliable. I’m hoping that Tay the site manager and Nikh the assistant manager will be remain at this location because they are also such value assets to this facility and community. Tay and Nikh are new to this location, let’s not judge them by the bad experiences that you may have experienced with the previous manager and assistant manager. Tay and Nikh are a lot more approachable, personable, and accommodating.
