I called several times as it states they are open at 10p. I called because I have come to the site before and they were not open. I suggest updating the hours and being responsive to the phones. Yesterday I also had the displeasure of experiencing the restroom. What the hell? I have rented with Extra space before… please do better. I know things are hard in the world but the bathroom should NEVER look like that. Also, life can also be interesting have the hours listed properly because people are taking time out of their day to use a service they have paid for. Peace.
