After being harassed for several days to NO AVAIL, I figured the calls wouldn’t stop so I called back to tell them I am no longer interested. The lady Imani that answered the phone (who also left me messages) was extremely rude, Curt, and unprofessional. I told her I was returning a missed call but I don’t have a unit. She then tells me someone must’ve put my # on their account and the system will continue to force call. I stated NO, you should be able to put my number in your system (before regurgitating/fabricating lies) to know I don’t have the account. As soon as I said that she got an attitude and said she was entering my # into the system simultaneously and said don’t worry about it she’ll cancel my reservation and hung up in my face. RUDE… Good Help Is So Hard To Find! Corporate needs to handle this!
