The rental process was quick and easy. Moving in was also extremely easy. I wish there were more dollies because they were all in use due to theee being so many others moving in when we came. My arms are short so putting in the code to get in the gate was a little hard but overall really nice. Had a nice chuckle when the exit gate lifted up. Lastly I would die for the lady in the office she's so nice
