I had a unit here for about a year. Overpriced for an outdoor unit, 10x10. About 3 months in, my price went up by 60%. They reserve the right to manipulate your prices at will if you're not on an extended contact. I was told this up front, but a 60% increase is WILD. I called and they were willing to negotiate. My price still went up on an already overpriced unit but I dealt with it. A month later, I suddenly had a massive cockroach infestation in my car and one starting in my home. My bug guy told me to go move stuff around in my storage unit right away. When I opened the door and slid some boxes around, the floor came alive. I mean covered with cockroaches of all kinds and sizes. I went to the office thinking at the least they're responsible for pest control. Nope. I was told "it's not their stuff and not their problem, were sorry". Thankfully my home pest Guy gave me some stuff and advice. 5 months later, I had everything cleaned up and moved out. Don't go here. Use your hard earned money at a different place. There's no way to contact a corporate office, believe me I tried hard.
