I ve been a customer at the port St. John location when it was a different company. I moved to North Carolina but kept my unit here still hoping to return back soon. I was a bit nervous not being down there when the companies switched but they assured me that my things are secured and not to worry. I am beyond pleased with the professional service Jared , the office manager gave me when I met him personally . He is the gold standard of customer service satisfaction. He genuinely cares for his customers and this company. He even went the extra step and came a checked on me when I was at my unit in the sweltering heat and reminded me that he’s got ice cold water in the office if I need it. Thanks Jared for your Amazing customer service and smile! The property is clean and secure . I’ve been here for I think around 5 years now! Never any issues! Thanks extra storage ! Jared is an excellent employee and should be the roll model for all of your property managers.

I did business with them for a couple months. They had a great deal on the unit I rented. Especially with the free month, which helped a lot. Everything went smooth and the manager at this location is great at what he does. He was very helpful when I needed extra help with certain issues and cleared it up right away. As well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and will work with you for your specific needs. I Highly recommend this storage facility if you are looking for a good deal with helpful and nice people. Easy check in and easy checkout. A+++service. Go check them out!

We had to store household items and furniture due to a quick house sale. We rented a unit that was temperature controlled. When we emptied the unit out months later everything was in perfect condition. The unit was secure and safe coaster hours. I highly recommend this company.
