There was a miscommunication between an employee and my mother, a long term customer at the Curtis Blvd. Port St John location. When Sarabelle, the manager, learned of this she reached out to us personally to find out what had occurred. She was kind and understanding and made my mother feel better about how the entire situation turned out. Sarabelle is an asset to the company and her customer service skills are top notch. I hope this type of situation will be a teaching moment with the employee that was involved. Our experience with the company has been otherwise great and Sstabelle’s handling of ithe incident was professional and empathetic. I would hire her in a second for my own company.
