Listen… customer service these days is hit or miss, but she was an absolute YES. From the second I walked in, she was friendly, on top of it, and actually knew what she was doing (which, let’s be real, is rare). She made everything quick, easy, and zero headache—answered my questions without making me feel like I was annoying her, and just had the best attitude the whole time. You can tell she cares and takes pride in her job, and it shows. If every place had someone like her, life would be a whole lot easier. Highly recommend
