The facility was super clean when I arrived. Raul, the office manager, was very polite, efficient, and accommodating. He took the time to show me multiple units and let me choose the combination that worked best for me, since I needed two units side by side. What impressed me most was the huge covered unloading area. You can park completely out of the sun while loading or unloading, which is a huge plus in Florida. The second thing that really stood out was the air conditioning—cold air was blowing in the corridors where the units are. One of the main reasons I’m leaving my current storage, which is called Public Storage, is because they never had effective climate control. I would sweat from the moment I got there until I left, and I’m not even a big sweater. There was no movement of air there.. At Extra Space, the difference was immediate. I saw the AC unit and I felt it blow.. I was actually cold.. I also appreciated the security—there’s a gate with a code, so only authorized people can enter. There is no gate at public storage.. anyone could drive in, park by the buildings which felt weird and unsafe in certain hours.. Raul was very patient, showing me every possible combination until I found the perfect fit. I highly, highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Coconut Creek, FL. After 30 years of using storage places, this one is above and beyond.

This facility and all of the managers, especially Gigi are the best! The facility is clean and safe. The managers are always available if any issues or concerns arise. I would not go anywhere else. Five stars for sure!

We had a great experience due to a wonderful employee Gigi. We were moving my Son out of college and we were very tired when we got there. Gigi gave us the run down of the access, showed us the loading bays and then took us all the way up to our unit and made sure we knew how to use the lock. She was wonderful!
