I’m giving this place a 5 star review due to the office manager Karen!! She is professional, answers all my questions and knows her stuff!! My new unit is perfect and everything I asked for such as right size, right price and fairly close to the elevator. Also the space is always clean including the bathroom!!! Excellent service!!

Venus at ExtraSpace in Flager/Palm Coast was very professional attentive and friendly. Her rates were cheaper than any storage places in the area. Also her storage essentials were super reasonable. My family and I felt like family. The unit was clean with a pleasant smell. The hours were better than any storage place I've encountered. I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone. Ask for Venus!!!

Had amazing experience with purchasing a storage unit from them .When I did my online order to reserve a unit I didn’t realize that I had reserved a 3rd floor unit . Called the office and spoke to the manager Venus. She was amazing . Quickly returned my phone call and got me a 1st floor unit . I just wish every business had a person like Venus . I will definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a storage unit
