????? I cannot say enough good things about Roberta at Extra Space Storage. Moving is stressful enough, but she went above and beyond every single time I needed help. When I underestimated the amount of storage I needed, I ended up renting multiple units (a 10x30, a 10x20, and a 10x9), and Roberta was incredibly accommodating. To make matters even better, I lost my storage key, and she cut my lock for me at no charge without making the situation any more stressful than it already was. Every time my crew and I have shown up to move items, she’s made sure the gates and doors were open and that everything went smoothly. Her customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help have made a huge difference during what has been a chaotic move. Employees like Roberta are hard to find. She genuinely cares about her customers and consistently goes the extra mile. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have someone like her representing their company. Thank you, Roberta, for making a difficult process so much easier. You are truly appreciated!
