Location is great! Access is easy! Clean and safe! I’ve had storage in several locations in South Florida, but this staff is by far the best staff ever! From the moment I made my reservation to the tour, the lady was just amazing! Very patient and always smiling! And every time there is a problem with my payment (I had to change my card a few times) they call me. Last time it was Charmaine. What a pleasant person! She is so sweet, so helpful! Thank you Charmaine for your help every time I need!!

We rented the 30-foot outdoor unit. It was always reasonably cool inside and we were facing West in July. Our stuff was fine, not humid despite it being very humid outside. I always felt safe there, and that our stuff was safe.

The location and service of this storage company is nothing less than phenomenal. Charmaine, the lovely employee that attended me, gave me my unit within 25 minutes and there was no real push on her end for upselling me for unnecessary insurance. I’ve had a few different storages and I must say that this is the best company yet.

I have been storing my work stuff at this particular Extra Storage since 2015. I have always had great service. But I have to say today David went above the call of help. He helped me transfer from unit to another and made everything so easy and smoothly. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend them if you need to store your things.

GREAT storage facility--I've been with them since 2012. Always clean and anything needing minor repair or adjustment is addressed quickly. BEST asset of this facility is the Manager, David. Yesterday, while he was helping me shift my lease to another unit (a process that took about 30 minutes), he was also dealing with customers on the phone and walk-ins as well. He was completely unruffled, gave everyone his full attention, and did so in a way that no one felt that s/he had to wait too long or wasn't being given the necessary time and effort to meet all needs.. BRILLIANT multi-tasking! And he's extremely attentive to details as well, making sure that my entry code worked, I had the proper unit number, new locks, etc. No loose ends at the end of this transaction! A pleasure to do business with this Extra Space branch!
