The staff is always helpful and friendly and I appreciate how clean everything is. I also enjoy the 80s music playing in the storage space as it makes it a lot more enjoyable if you have to spend some time going through things. My only gripe is the fact that we have only been using them less than 3 months and we're already being notified of rate increases.
