We have had our storage only with Extra Space since relocating to FL. It has been over 4 years and the facility is clean, modern with latest tech to insure security at its best. The management of Amanda and John have always to the best of their ability helped thru difficult times such as Ian and been able to work w/Corporate to maintain our current rate due to my husband and I having a year and half of non stop medical issues which put a strain on our financial. I highly recommend Extra Space to any new residents whether seasonal or full time. The S. Ft. Myers location of 41 is ultra convenient to commute to any part of SWFL.
