Been at this location for 2 years now, Trish was super helpful when I noticed a discrepancy in my monthly billing, she was quick to adjust it and it made me feel great knowing that a company is actually looking out for their customers. Despite the error I will remain here at this location thanks to the amazing customer service. Amazing job.

First off do whatever you have to do to keep Bob because he’s an awesome employee. Now for the facility. It’s nice clean and well taken care of. Easy to get in and out of. Now here’s the bad part. I had my stuff in storage for 3 years it was my entire household. When we looked here we wanted a 10x30. They didn’t have one. So they “linked” 3 units together. They charged me close to 400 plus a month and raised the price every year to almost 500 a month. We moved out and I needed space for a little while and only needed 1 unit. I was charged 58 bucks. So for linking 3 units together I paid 320 a month for convenience of having them next to one another. Would they have explained the extra cost I would’ve taken 3 units separate from one another. So in other words I over spent by 8000 dollars over 3 years. My lesson is your gain

Staff (particularly Bob) has been very informative and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. (There was a problem with my overhead door not staying open - had to jam something in the door rails o keep it open. Bob stepped in and had the problem fixed immediately. (Thanks Bob) ). Bob has also been very forthcoming about the raise in insurance rates which I appreciated.

?? If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Bob was beyond helpful and made the rental process easy. Not only did he inform us about all aspects of the unit, facility, and lease agreement, but he made it a point to be thorough giving us any and all details we may have needed.
