I've had to use this storage facility a few too many times over the years—for different reasons - but each and every time, Bob and Steve have gone above and beyond. They’re compassionate, attentive, and truly make a stressful situation easier to navigate. The facility is clearly well-maintained. After storing items for months at a time, I’ve never found them dirty or covered in dust, which speaks volumes about the cleanliness and care taken here. Thank you again—this is hands down the best storage place I’ve ever used. Highly recommend!

The staff at the S Fort Myers location is always helpful and friendly. Spur of the moment decision to clear out my unit and rhey were nice enough to give me a full refund. Matt was especially helpful. Definitely recommend this location.
