I rented two units at the facility on Convienience Way, and I had the best experience. Cherise was so helpful and friendly. She made this process so easy, and I am very satisfied with my rentals. I recommend going to this location if you need a storage unit, and ask for Cherise. The customer service experience was amazing. I can’t express in words how happy I was after my rental.

We decided to check out Extra Space after the sharp increase in pricing at CubeSmart. When we went in, we were greeted by two very friendly ladies who walked us easily through the process of renting and storing our belongings. The establishment is clean and well maintained, the prices are excellent, and the staff is very friendly, which made the experience that much better. Highly recommended!
