I made a reservation on line and when I went to see the new space it turned out I had picked the wrong size. You were very helpful in finding the right unit and processing all of the paperwork. Very efficient. Units are all clean and you get the sense they are well organized. While waiting to straighten out my issue, I observed another customer with an issue also be treated in an organized manner. Thanks.
