At Extra Space, you will find excellent employees who treated me like a VIP. The move-in process quick, complete and personal. My indoor unit, one of the larger ones, was very clean and easy to access and the climate-controlled environment was very comfortable while it was a blazing 98 degrees outside. Other renters were very friendly indicating their satisfaction and pride in their choice of storage.

I have used the Cypress Lake storage unit in Fort Myers multiple times for both indoor and outdoor storage. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly. They keep in contact when we are waiting for units to become available. The location is safe & clean. Their prices are also very good for the service they provide. They have climate control storage and on site security. I have always felt that my belongings are safe at this location and have never had any problems!

I have been storing at the Cypress Lake storage since 2003. I like the hours of access and the property is kept up and clean. Office personnel are very friendly and helpful. Have had a number of various sized units since this location opened. The service is exceptional and the entire area (office, parking lot, and hallways) are kept very clean. One suggestion I have in selecting a unit would be to check out the lighting around your storage door. Some units are not close enough to the hallway lighting to allow you to see into your unit. Also, hall lighting is set to go on and off via motion detectors. If the detectors are not picking up your normal movement, you have to keep walking in front of them to keep any lighting on - this is bothersome. This is the one and only complaint I have after years of using this facility.

I had to move with two days notice from FL to OH and was stuck. I checked out Extra Space Storage online and it looked perfect, I went to check it out, the moment I walked in the facility I felt very welcomed. They were very knowledgable about the entire facilities and all they had to offer. I have not been able to check up much on my unit but I have never felt worried or felt like my items were going to be tampered with. The facility is very easy to access and very clean. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! I am very pleased!

I could not get a better storage unit, than at self storage facility. I found it to be clean, very effecient,for my needs, and air conditioned.They have every thing one needs for packing etc.The main office is bright and clean. The office personal can't do enough to help you, and they are very pleasant.I will refer them at all times.The storage facility is also safe and secure.
