We’ve used Extra Space storage for a little over 3 years. They have been very accommodating and affordable. While rates increase we have on occasion discussed rate negotiation and have always been very pleased with the end result. My storage space went up a lot and I called and spoke with Brittney and she was really nice and able to get the price down a bit. Very professional and kind. Anytime I have had an issue she has helped and made things so easy. My first storage experience and it been a great because of her.

Very easy process! Any time I called with questions they were very helpful. We upgraded to a larger storage unit last minute and the store manager was quick to get it changed and it was hassle free. Highly recommend!
