Jaime was Very helpful and tried her best to accommodate all my needs especially trying to move from another state. It was extremely difficult rrying to maneuver without actually seeing the location. so I would gladly give a 5 star for that. I was a bit disappointed with the size of 10x 30 I work for a storage facility and this one seemed a bit smaller ... I coming from a 2 bedroom apt that I lived in for almost 8yrs so I know I accumulated things over time . However, I gave so much away to make sure I was able to get everything on the truck. So I was thinking a 10×30 would give me well enough room being that I have a one already . With all the organizing we did, even packing as high as we did , still not much space left to maneuver around was dissatisfied with that ... it seems to me to be the size of a 10×25 per my experience . And ceilings are not true ceilings so that doesn't help either. But I had already paid before actually seeing anything, especially being told "it was last one and online can be rented even though you have a reservation". A few things I didn't agree with ... But Jaime was such an awesome help and tried her best to work things out and even searched her other facilities to accommodate the price that I was hoping for given that they dont compare rates..I aso want to give a kudo to the other property manager i think her name was Leslie ... because of this I could have given a lower rating but there personalities superceded the things that I was dissatisfied with.. Just. Suggestion, make sure to view unit in person before locking in .... Have a great day

Jamie, at the Southpoint Pkwy location in Jacksonville, was very helpful providing us with information on the facility and rates, and setting us up to use our rental. The facility was clean and well lit.

Excellent customer service at this location. Jamie was awesome. The elevators are huge but the clearance for trucks entering the unloading dock was small. Security cameras installed in every corner of the building makes me feel safe about a storing my stuff there. Highly recommend.

Working with Extra Space Storage was a positive experience & Jamie had great customer service! This was our main hub for work & it was always a smooth process to get in & out of the units. Note that the lights do go off every 7 or so minutes, so I kept a light on hand.
