I have been a customer with extra space storage since I relocated to Florida from New York approximately six months ago. I was in Tallahassee training for a position with state corrections. During my initial visit I met with with Timothy and Tiffany. They were very helpful and accommodating especially with the realization that I was brand new to the area. They even recommended places to eat and reasonable accommodations until I was settled. Several occasions I contacted the office while in Tallahassee for information on my storage unit. Again, courteous service and went above what was expected to clarify my concerns. Today’s workforce is highly competitive as Iam certain that your company is aware. Individuals that are self starters and take personal initiative are important commodities. Hopefully, the compensation package offered and designed to retain individuals of Timothy and Tiffany’s caliber is reflective of their work ethic and dedication. Respectively , John Kennedy .
