I've just had the pleasure of having to talk to Timothy at Extra Space. The man was very professional and really kind and thoughtful. I've had a unit there since 2022 when is Judy and her husband ran the place which was CubeSmart at the time. When Judy was there the place was kept clean and nice, the gate was never left open but then she had to retire. The first man they put in place did a pretty good job but when he left it just went downhill. Now Extra Space owns it and so far the grounds are kept up nice. Thank you for all your help Timothy, it was really nice to talk to someone that was not rude.
