GIANT roaches on day 1 of opening the door in a seemingly ok unit. Area definitely needs pest control. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was very nice.

I rented a 10x10 originally quoted around $53 a month According to their website, then I was informed after purchasing that the latch was broken on the unit I rented so he moved me to a more "Convenience spot" on the site (no spot is really convenient with how tight it is) it was actually less convenient being on the turn alley in front of main office which was a "multi door unit" that was actually two single units nobody would really want to rent unless u had like 5 items that aren’t furniture and they were were like 3x5 lol (not the space i needed nor spent 117$ for on my initial purchase for Said it wasn’t gonna work and I needed an actual 10 x 10 in the nice gentleman in the office at the time kindly switched me over then informed me that the price would go up to 90$ something a month Almost double my original quote according to the website pretty slimy imo but it is what it is i was satisfied overall just ask that tim be straight up and honest next time instead of trying to make sound sweet when you’re really trying to pull one over on me so to say??I still liked the 10x10 tho and 98$ a month isn’t too bad just not what i thought i was walking into need to change the website and how they handle mishaps
