Matt and Chuck were so very helpful (they understood my issues getting my belongings from a moving company in Chicago). Chuck held a unit for me( moving company wouldn't give me an exact delivery date-was between 2 and 4 days). Matt made himself available when moving company said they would arrive earlier than the office opening. He also stayed after his lunch to accommidate the late unloading of my belongings. This was my 1st and hopefully last long distance move and was very stressful. These men helped easied my stress and assisted any way they could.

The facility is pretty nice. The issue I have is with the pricing, ever since they bought the facility they are raising the price by over 10% a year. I know you want a return on investment but gee whiz. We have the equivalent of a closet that cost us $82 a month. When you buy up the competition I guess you can gouge.

The web site could use a more obvious sign out indicator. Also, It would be nice to be able to pay both storage units at once rather than putting in all my information twice. The lighting in the units are on a timer so if you are in your unit longer than 15 or 20 minutes the lights shut off causing total darkness if you are in the back of the unit. Finally, The sensors to turn the hall lights on are placed where you have to walk past your unit twenty feet in order to activate the sensors. Very friendly and helpful management and clean.

I called a couple times before coming in and purchasing a location. Both on the phone and in person, Jessica is an exceptional person. She is friendly, knowledgable, patient. She took her time did not make me feel rushed or crazy with some of the questions i was asking. Her tour of the facitily and common tidbits of things that may happen while i'm here really helped,

I personally want to thank Jessica for being so kind and helpful! I was so impressed with her caring attitude. And both Jessica and her associate Eric are always so friendly and accommodating. Not only is the staff top notched the facility is exceptionally clean! - Especially for a storage business. I am also very pleased with their security system. It is my pleasure to recommend this facility 100%! And if you do take my recommendation and rent a storage unit there, please let them know that I sent you! I have rented storage space from over 7 storage company's for the past 11 years and Extra space storage is by far the best and the cleanest facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer service reps are extremely personable and knowledgeable about unit sizes, and what will work best for their customers. And to top it off, they even give their new customers free rent for 1 month . Check them out, you'll really like their services. I hear they also provide a free truck for movers who are moving their items to Extra Space Storage. If your looking for a reliable safe clean and secure storage facility, Extra Space Storage is the place to go.
