Office staff is very helpful and friendly. But the place really needs to be mopped and cleaned. Hopefully now that extra space has taken over from life storage they will provide more help for the office so that it can be kept up. I had to mop the floors outside of my unit because they were so gross. Also the rate increases are getting out of control my unit doubled after just 2 months. I have 3 units there and it is ridiculous that I keep having to move units just to keep a reasonable rate.

This storage place is great. Getting the into was easy and Ashley made it very simple and easy. We even needed a second unit and she picked the perfect unit by the elevator. Highly recommend this place.

I have had some storage places not be so kind to me and basically just rude people. So it was nice to interact with someone with Ashley's candor. There should be more people in society like her. I have had my things there for almost 2 years and have never had any issues at this storage unit. The hurricane season unfortunately brought some financial strain to me and I was afraid that I would lose my things. Ashley, the store manager, was so helpful in assisting me with the situation.
