Jelene H. and Sean D. were great. Sean helped me through a difficult situation. He even provided a “1,000,000-star” service by giving me a warm hug and paper towels to dry my eyes. I truly congratulate him and send back the same love he gave me , and even more. Jelene H. was incredibly kind as well. Her advice was like an ocean of wisdom. I hope everybody who needs a storage place visits this location, because I truly consider it a lovely and trustworthy place for all of us.

I initially called the 1-800 number and they were pretty accommodating but the until was too small for our needs. I called the local number and spoke to Sean, who really explained all the storage terminology to me as I was not familiar. I was assigned by my husband to find a storage unit for his business equipment. Sean is very easy to work with and was able to find the unit we needed at a fair price. I recommend Pack Rat for all your moving and storage needs.
