I have been using Extra Space storage for over 8 years and even different storage units. My most recent interaction was with both Janie and Christelle. As a team, they were both exceptional in resolving my issue expeditiously and with a cheerfulness that you wouldn’t expect at a storage center!!! They made me feel like it was the Ritz Carlton of storage centers!! They both should get raises and teach Customer Services to other associates!! Linda
