So I’ve been with extra space storage at the 14th Ave location since it was a cube smart brand, I’ve have two units over almost 5 years a super big one 10x20 I think and then the 10x10 I closed out with. In the 5 years I’ve rented here the facilities have always been clean climate controlled and immaculate any minor issues I had were very specific to me being an active duty military soldier and having to deploy and relocate throughout Florida over the years needless to say they were addressed immediately and empathetically. If I had one thing I wish I could change I’d say maybe later hours but they already offer access 16 hours a day so it’s very reasonable customer service wise the respect and care is on point. My last dealings as I closed my account out were very favorable when I dealt with Vlad I’m not sure of his title but he handled me and performed like an owner operator or manager level representative of the brand so if he’s not one of those levels he certainly should Be groomed and promoted into the position he helped me with retail supplies I needed, managing my account I even saw him cleaning in and around the property. Truly admirable from my standpoint as a customer. Thanks extra space you got 5 years of my business and if I wasn’t relocating far away you would continue to get my patronage. -Malcolm
