I just want everyone to be careful that you are getting what you think you are getting. I rented a space under this location and when I got there they informed me it was at a different location of theirs 1 mile away. All my email communications stated it was at their facility I thought I purchased. The facility 1 mile away is a dump and people smoke weed in there and it’s sketchy over there. I was stuck and already had a mover on the way and so had to take it and then move our stuff again a week later to a cleaner and nicer facility. This was false advertising and the staff was not helpful. So just make sure you are getting what you expect, or find a facility elsewhere. I moved to a different Extra Space Facility and they were super nice and helpful.

We recognize that the condition of the facility you were directed to did not meet your expectations and that our staff was not as helpful as they should have been during this difficult situation.
