Stopped by today to get a new unit. Tami was there, and she’s very nice and professional. She knew exactly what to do and how to get the job done correctly and efficiently. It really made my day easy and I got a good deal as well. I’ve been with life storage for many years, and I’ll keep coming back to this location. Hope more associates can be like her. Overall really nice and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

No complaints about the facility, staff or my unit. It's sure controlled and even in summer never hot inside like other places I've rented from in the past. Easy in and easy out. I do wish they had more carts. At least three per entrance would be helpful during peak hours.
